Description
Tagine is a North African dish named after the type of pot in which it is traditionally cooked and served. Once filled, the circular base of the two-part set is covered with a cone-shaped lid, which is designed to capture and return steam and flavors to the bottom during cooking, while simultaneously releasing excess vapor through a ventilation hole. Made of terracotta, the set provides even heat distribution while cooking and extended heat retention to keep dishes warm at the table.
