Hammer Stahl’s 3-Quart Saucier features a more rounded base than a traditional sauce pan, easier for stirring and reducing the foods that get stuck in the corners. The stay-cool handles will help prevent burns while handling the saucier. The unique 7-ply construction ensures that your food will cook evenly, with 3 inner layers of aluminum. The outer layer is made with the 300 series steel for greater durability and lasting shine, while the inner layer of 316Ti resists corrosion from acidic and salty foods, which remaining chemically inactive during cooking – resulting in food that has a clean and authentic flavor. Both the inner and outer layer are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. All 7 layers are used throughout the saucier, not just in the base, so you will have even cooking throughout. Includes 3 quart saucier and lid. Made in USA.
