Description
This G500 propane gas paella burner fits 28″ paella pans and smaller. It has two concentric rings of flame, and two knobs that independently control each ring. The outer ring is 20 inches, and the inner ring is 12 inches. You can use the inner ring by itself for 17-inch pans and smaller. Total BTU output is 48,800.
This G500 model burner offers maximum control and flexibility, supplying even heat under the entire paella pan. Each ring is controlled by its own knob, so you can adjust the heat where and when it’s needed. Connects to propane tank. Regulator and hose not included.
