Made in France. Pan designed for making paella. Multi-use: it can be used on the cook top, for cooking in the oven or even on the table. Lyonnaise range made of iron blued through a surface thermal treatment: temporary protection against oxidation; no coating. Optimised thickness: lightweight range, easy to handle. Ideal for a gas range, not for use on induction. Heats up quickly, excellent caramelization of food. Natural non-stick properties: gradual seasoning. 2 welded handles: easy handling; small size. Season when first used. Care: deglaze, rinse with warm water, dry and oil lightly. Store in a dry place. Do not use detergents or put in the dishwasher.
