Description
Matfer Bourgeat classic ceramic cookware. Aluminum frying pans with non-stick ceramic enamel (PTFE & PTFO free). Flat stainless steel handle. Pan body is 3 mm thick. Handle attached by 3 coated rivets. These pans can be used on all hobs except induction. Functions: frying, simmering, boiling, reheating, recovery (of sauces, cooked dishes) performance in use: cooking: rapid and uniform conduction of heat through the base and into the walls of the pans. Fast, even cooking, without hot-spot. ergonomic Design: pans are easy to grasp without effort (end of handle curved “French-style”) hook eyelet for hanging. Recommendations for use: -do not heat empty -do not overheat while cooking for cleaning and care: -rinse well and dry quickly after washing -dishwasher safe -store pans in a dry, clean place.
