The Cook N Home 16 by 12-Inch Nonstick Roaster Pan with Rack, Black is made of heavy gauge aluminum that provides even heat distribution and prevents hot spots. Nonstick makes food release/cleaning easy and allows for healthy cooking. Large size can hold up to 25 lbs of meat, vegetables, and other foods. V-shaped nonstick rack allows for even browning, faster cooking, and collecting liquids/fat for sauces. Solid cast handles are riveted and deep for a secure grip. Flat bottom can be used for roasting, baking, and can be placed on stovetops. Not Induction compatible. Works on: gas, electric, glass, halogen, ceramic, etc. Oven safe to 450F. Not dishwasher safe, hand wash recommended. Measures: 16 by 12 by 5 inches, 5 pounds.
