It includes a visual indicator, with the word ‘Close’, that lets you know the lid has locked. The Vitavit pressure control system tells you when to turn down the heat for precise temperature control. There are three cooking speeds to accommodate for various types of dishes. The inner cooking surface is smooth and rivet-free, and features measurement guides for easy prepping. Even better, the handle is removable making the cooker dishwasher safe for easy clean up.
