How to Use
1. Make sure both the silicone lids and container are completely dry before use
2. Place half of the lid over one edge of the container, starting on the side closest to your body
3. Stretch the other half of the lid away from you, inching your way around the bowl
4. Gently press the top of the lid to release excess air

5. Pull down on the blue tabs to create a vacuum seal
