The Lodge LJSCP3 12 X 15 in. Jumbo Chefs Platter makes preparing and serving large cuts of meat simple and cleanly. This cast iron platter is large enough to accommodate most normal-sized dishes, and features a recessed bottom to help prevent spills and retain juices and drippings. The platter is pre-seasoned with natural soybean oils and requires little care.
