Description
The Carlisle 609651 stainless steel standard marmite includes an inset, a water pan, a slotted cover, and a fuel holder and is suitable in a buffet for holding soup, a sauce, or another food and keeping it warm during service. The marmite is made of 18-8 stainless steel for resistance to heat and corrosion. A pair of handles allows the marmite to be lifted and carried. The cover has a handle for lifting and a slot for a ladle or serving spoon. The fuel holder accepts a can of chafing fuel (sold separately) to keep the food warm. The marmite measures 15.20″ high, 7.63″ in diameter at the top, 6.00″ in diameter at the body, and 5.19″ in diameter at the base. The inset is 8.25″ deep, has an internal diameter of 6.75″, and has a capacity of 4.00 quarts.
