Description
The PL8 Canning Rack is a must have for anyone that does their own canning. The canning rack keeps glass jars elevated off of the bottom of the pot, which allows for even heating. The canning rack’s silicone bumpers help prevent the jars from touching when the bubbles from boiling water are jiggling the jars. The rack is reversible; one side can hold seven pint size jars and the flip side can accommodate four quart-sized jars. Fits most standard stock pots. Materials: Silicone bumpers and stainless steel rack. Dishwasher safe.
