The polished stainless steel roaster brought to you by Star craft is ideal for any type of Turkey, Easter ham, vegetable, or any other type of poultry or roast that you want to make. It comes with a removable rack, which makes things easier to cook and remove from the roaster. The whole set is really two roasters in one; The lid can be used as another roaster, or as a baking pan/tray. Both the bottom and the lid come with handles bolted onto the sides allowing you to firmly hold the roaster as you lift it in and out of the oven. It’s perfect for holiday cooking! Thanksgiving turkeys, Easter hams, and even Xmas feasts become far easier with the aid of this professional roaster. Please note that larger roasts often require that you use an aluminum foil tent rather than the lid to accommodate the size of the item. *
Dual roasting pan set – the lid of the roasting pan can also be used as a baking pan/tray while the bottom part is a traditional roaster. The bottom of the roaster can hold up to a 20 lb Thanksgiving turkey while the lid can accommodate a 16 lb turkey!
Elevated or floating roasting rack – the roasting rack “floats” on the inside tabs of the roasting pan (slightly elevated from the bottle of the pan by ½ an inch) to ensure a even cooking temperature.
Large rounded handles on both lip and bottom – easily hold each set of large machine bolted handles with cooking mittens or a towel, making the placement of heavy roasts into the oven and removing them safer and easier!
