Description
Boil and cook with superior insulation and efficiency using Cuisinart’s Multiclad Pro double boiler insert. It is made of tri-ply stainless steel with two steel layers over an aluminum core, which allows for maximum insulation and prevents hot spots. It has a single long, stay-cool handle and includes a steel lid to seal in moisture and flavor. Oven safe up to 500 degrees F, it is induction ready and features drip-free rims for mess-free pouring. Designed to fit Cuisinart saucepans ranging in size from two to four quarts, it is dishwasher safe, making cleanup a breeze.
