Grill your favorite pizzas on this 12″ perforated pizza pan! This pan has over 100 3/8″ holes that provide a golden crispy crust, and allow the proper amount of smoke penetration. Each pan is made from 18 gauge, 1 mm thick standard weight aluminum with a wide, flat bottom that heats quickly and evenly. For best results, season with a light coating of vegetable oil before use. Simply wet a paper towel with small amount of oil and rub it in to the surface of the pan. Dishwasher safe
