These 2 handle pans can be used for a wide variety of cooking, from the range top for paella or in the oven for casseroles. Hollow cast polished handles resist heat transfer when used on a range top. 2 handles take up less room than a single long handle utensel on a range top and provide a better grip when removing pan and contents from the oven. Stainless steel with 1/4-inch aluminum sandwich base allows fast even heat transfer for better cooking. Limited lifetime warranty. Cash and Carry packaging. NSF listed.
