In Korea, it’s a soup with rice every birthday morning.
We can make this soup with beef, dried fish, shell fish, shells, etc.
Today, I used dried pollack. This is so delicious.
If you are not allergic to fish, I recommend you make one.
The seaweed and fish are so soft so they are melted in your mouth.

And I also cooked quinoa rice. Its savory flavor is awesome. And the texture is really great. Quinoa rice with ‘Instant Pot’? I LOVE THIS ITEM! 🙂
